This project was about creating a home for an elderly couple in their 80s who are passionate art collectors. Over the years, they have built an impressive collection of paintings and cultural artifacts, each piece reflecting their love for beauty, history, and craftsmanship.

The goal was to design a space where their art is part of daily life, not just something on the walls. To achieve this, I used three key metal surfaces that connect their collection with the living spaces.

  • Main Exhibition Wall: Highlights their most cherished painting in the living area. Its reflective surface brings the artwork to life and adds energy to the space.

  • Art Divider: Separates the dining and living areas while doubling as display space for additional pieces. It keeps the home open and flowing, letting art move naturally with the space.

  • Private & Functional Surface: Used in the kitchen and private areas to maintain privacy, while keeping a sleek, modern touch.

Each surface blends functionality with artistic display, creating a home where the couple’s art is fully integrated into everyday life.
