M.M - VILLA RENOVATION PROJECT

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN TRANSFORMATION

In this project, we reinterpreted the existing floor plan and carried out a comprehensive transformation of the living room and kitchen areas. Through spatial revisions, both zones were expanded to create a brighter, more fluid, and contemporary living experience.

In the kitchen, we designed a custom kitchen island that defines the character of the space. The island integrates a bespoke dining table, adding both functional value and a sculptural presence. In the living area, a generous seating layout and a 10-person dining space establish a setting that prioritizes social comfort and refined living.

A key focal point of the project is the modern fireplace, highlighted with Statuario White marble, bringing an elegant yet bold identity to the interior. Furnishings from Minotti and Poliform further enhance the project’s premium and contemporary aesthetic.

Both the living room and kitchen open directly onto the front pergola, strengthening the indoor–outdoor connection and providing a seamless transition to the pool and landscaped garden.

With this holistic design approach, the villa now embodies a refined balance of aesthetics and functionality, fully aligned with the expectations of modern living.
